    salmon offcuts 79p
    fettchini (what ever needed) 40p
    2 chicken stock cubes
    couple of spring onions
    few mushrooms
    milk/cream.

add the stock cubes to some boiling hot water in a sauce pan and simmer, add milk or cream to make the sauce.

cook the fettichini (sp?) in seperate pan

fry up the salmon offcuts up in a little olive oil with some sliced spring onion and mushrooms.

drain off the fettchini, add the sauce and then the salmon etc, mix all together.

Absolutely yummy, it fed 2 of us with enough left over for me for tea yesterday.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.
