Tuna sweetcorn cakes
Tin value tuna
Left over mash (not to buttery or cakes go oozy and mix is to soft)
handfull of frozen sweetcorn ( heat through first I use micro wave)
s&p
breadcrumbs ( stale bread any type have even used up last bagel)
mix and then coat in crumbs
fry to brown finish in oven
serve with ketchup or anything you like

High my neighbour introduced this to me.she is Spanish and an exrestaurant owner.
Frozen chicken livers 35p,:D defrost. a bit of onion, olive oil do not waste money on extra virgin, garlic to taste ie 1 to 3 cloves raw , salt, pepper, lemon juice.
dry of the livers fry in hot dry pan, can add onion , then turn off heat add salt ,pepper ,garlic lemon juice ,olive oil,eat with slice bread or what ever you have around.0 -

fettchini (what ever needed) 40p
2 chicken stock cubes
couple of spring onions
few mushrooms
milk/cream.
add the stock cubes to some boiling hot water in a sauce pan and simmer, add milk or cream to make the sauce.
cook the fettichini (sp?) in seperate pan
fry up the salmon offcuts up in a little olive oil with some sliced spring onion and mushrooms.
drain off the fettchini, add the sauce and then the salmon etc, mix all together.
Absolutely yummy, it fed 2 of us with enough left over for me for tea yesterday.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

Porridge made with warer for breakfast or supper. Any thing made with lentils. Veg casseroles with barley. Egg dishes.0

My girls love bachelors cheese and broc pasta and sauce I just add ham to a packet serve two for about 65p
I I have nothing left in the house I always make a veggie paella
Rice
1 tsp curry powder
1tsp tumeric
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
a bit of dried chilli
salt and pepper
veg stock cube
water
1 onion and whatever veg I have in the freezer/fridge with half a can of tomatoes
its yummy!
