    True, but they're on the shop floor/in the front line and the management are hiding in the office.

    I think if they couldn't shops would be a lot less likely to take goods back if a customer changed their mind.

    yes i know about things like tops, but something like what the OP bought where its clearly been used and returned isnt on imo

    Or Swedish style and make your own bread with normal ingerdiants and without a breadmaker :D
