i get like that sometimes keren but i think we all get a sugar slump sometimes don't we, dan drinks like nothing you have even seen, it is constant wee/drink/wee/drink and he is fine he gets a full blood check every 6 mths with his thyroid function strange isn't it though.0

nooooooo, the noise!!!! It's very exciting!!
Just chatted to my Dad. Nanna is still in hospital. Physically she is fine (well, for 83!) but mentally she is not. She thought my brother was her brother and she is convinced that there were lots of American WW2 planes landing at the hospital yesterday. sigh. Dad says that she looks quite well in herself but that's probably because she is eating properly and is being taken care of rather than her battling on her own refusing help.
The family have requested to see the hospital social worker but nobody has appeared yet. She didn't have the scans done because she wouldn't stay still. Apparently,as she gets a War Widows pension, if she needs respite care, they help out with it.
What did get me cross though is that the hospital (Grimsby) has no geriatric consultants!!! The nearest they have is a chest consultant!! I find that really poor to be honest.
