Cheap Smell-alikes - Cheaper alternatives to Expensive Perfumes

You know what, I just wore the Me Too (Joop Clone) and though I love the smell it doesn't come close in terms of projection to the sillage monster that is Joop

It is still worth £4 though

I have also bought Pure Gold (1 Million) and Success (Issie Mayake).

If I like them thn it will be Aromi De jean (Acqua Di Gio), The Man Silver(YSL Kourous) and Spirit of Heaven (A* Men)

I don't have any of these so will not know how spot on they are so i just read the designer reviews and adjust my expectations accordingly

anyone ever mixed the perfume parlour oils with body lotion? how would you get the oil out of the 3ml roll ons? or would I have to buy a bigger size?

Three mil should be plenty to scent a fair bit of body lotion: they are very strong. I've never tried it but I expect it should be quite easy to lever off the plastic roll-on on the top of the bottle.

Ordered from the PP for the first time today.

The site is a bit of a pig to navigate and I got really confused regarding the payment screen so I ended up doing a direct transfer. I have emailed with the order details and hope they can tie the two up. In PP’s defence I order very little online so it maybe me rather than them

I will admit to sticking to the same old thing perfume wise as I am known to change the smell (due to skin oils I was told) For example I loved Allure purchased it (as present to myself with some birthday money) and then found it transformed in to a nasty cat pee fragrance on my skin. Had to give it away.. I was gutted.

So rather than just buying my favourite and much loved Dolce vita..... You guys have been raving about flower bomb.. So I bought that too. And French lime flower, why not at the cost of the small trial sizes! *grin*

I am very excited now as its been ages since I have had perfume never mind a few (it’s not very MSE and when you are on a budget luxuries fall by the way side)

Once it’s arrived I will come back and review.

Not sure whats going on with the site at the moment they obviously have not paid a bill. Hope they sort it out as i have an order placed but did it through paypal so can probs sort it out if there is a problem. Will be checking things over the next day or 2 before i act

I saw that too.

They said acc info was safe but that someone hacked the email and was sending spam.
