The general date so far seems to be the 30th aug. It's getting to see how many can manage that date. So far we have come up with a premier inn 26 mile south of birmingham. I'm a little concerned about what EW says about having to stay/pay for two nights.

Hi Bltn,
From our "limited" experience of travelling this little Island, :cool: Friday and Saturday evenings are always the quietest and the cheapest;:j :j business people don't tend to be away from home over the weekend.:D Neither have we ever had any trouble just booking a single night,:beer: or just booking it for a few hours come to that.:o
