  • Have just got the evesham 6200 from Asda, £99, because I want a touch screen. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=300535
    Official Specs

I'll be taking the ICN330 back to tesco on monday unless anyone on here wants it. (Send PM). North Manchester area.

I realise offering stuff is against board rules, but I'm trying to do someone a favour, and also avoid schlepping back to Haslingden to take the unit back.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

I have read through all these pages and i am still none the wiser.

I promised i would buy MrJudi a sat nav system for christmas to replace his very used and now unreliable Garmin Streetpilot sat nav. He works all round the country and driving from city to city is a big part of his job hence the need for a good navigation system. We have been to Halfords and got lost in a sea of options and got somewhat confused in the process.

Now what he needs which we havent got from our old Garmin is a full postcode to post code look up. At the moment he has to input the address. He uses the Points of Interest too (mainly when we go on holiday but its handy to have). He has a seperate speed detector thingy that sits on his dashboard that picks up laser and radar so unless i could purchase a unit that can combine the sat nav with GPS, i wouldnt be looking at purchasing a combined unit. We really only need it for driving in the UK, anything that does further than that would be nice, but certainly not essential at this time.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to go from here cause i am a bit out of me depth.:o

Remember if you leave your sat nav in the car, along with your house keys, its a quick way of someone robbing you very easily. Top tip...dont store your car keys and house keys on the same keyring, always remove the satnav from the car.
