Im so pleased to see us all back on our little thread...have a lovely holiday CWM and erm have fun with the CI, LOL. Im with you marion i put on this morning but it is all my own fault, i havnt had company or meals out, ive just been a down right pig and havnt had the correct choices.

Hey everyone - commiserations to those of us who gained this week. You all get a :T for posting!
I'm hoping this doesn't sound really gloat-y now, cos its not meant to at all - but am quite chuffed (and amazed) as I lost a pound. V surprised - and have tried to stay focused all day (and not have a mad chocolate scoff like I usually do after WI:rolleyes: ).Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Lent..gimmeeee lent.... As i now work in a chippie we all give up chips for Lent which is gonna be pretty difficult but i am determined to do it, but i am going a whole lot further and am giving up ALL junk food:eek: for the full 40 days.
I have talked myself into this as a boost to my weightloss as i have gone completely off the rails this last week and need a push to get back on them again.
No need to worry about posting you have lost a pound Rupe, you deserve it, anyone who loses deserves it and should be well proud of it, well done to you :T :T .
Right im off to work out our meals for the next 2 days, im doing it in small bits as i usually dont stick to a meal plan, but 2 days isnt much.

Off food shopping today and I must make sure I have enough food for lunches at work as this has where I have slipped these last few weeks.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Another 1lb off for me. I am reasonably happy as I haven't been 100% sticking to the plan, but have given up chocolate for lent. I have also been pretty good at going to the gym and swimming.
I can't post as frequently at the moment, but I notice it has gone very quiet, has everyone gone over to the other thread?Savings: £25000.00/£40000 by Jan 010 Weight: 9/14lbs by 15 May 09 Fitness: going ok0 -

I have had a great week, but have not counted syns or whatever for much of it - was away for a few days and ate what was put in front of me! V V busy at work as well at the moment - and am struggling to fit in the gymn - or find the willpower to do an exercise DVD.
WI is on Tuesday - today and tomorrow are 100% back on the plan - and then next week to try and take off whatever I put on! BUT am looking and feeling so much better this week, as a result of the last few weeks of good, healthy eating, that I can't be too fed up!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

I have unsubscribed from the other thread it was taking over my life. i know if i need anything i will get an answer on here even tho we have gone really quiet im sure we will still be here for each other.

It has been quiet on here hasn't it! I have sort of lost my enthusiasm or just got plain bored with dieting but just don't feel like doing it! I havn't gone mad with the eating but havn't stuck to plan either.
Weigh in tomorrow morning and call it day one from there I guess, must do better!When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
