Thinking of getting contract on 3 through e2save.

Well I just tried phoning them now. This page on their site says they are open 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday but when I ring it says they are closed and only open Monday - Friday.
That is for technical support and not customer service. I got a clearance phone from them too on O2 and guess what its faulty too and the fault is the phone is blacklisted. How can a company send out a blacklisted phone beats me considering they say that each phone is checked blah blah.
I have been unable to contact them yet. It has been 20 days since I got the phone, I think I have another 8 days to try to sort it out.
Can the network lift the block in a blocked phone?0 -

I would have thought that faulty phones come under technical support but when I ring and choose the number for faulty phone it says they are closed.
The fault in mine is that the speaker doesn't work so if I ring someone or they call me you can't here anything. The speaker on the side which is used for loudspeaker does work but I can't have it on loudspeaker all the time. They certainly can't check them very well as this would be a very easy fault to spot.0 -
Got another problem now. I sent the phone back and they sent a replacement very quickly sent Monday got new on Wednesday. This one works OK. Now three rung me back about this SIM mismatch problem (although I don't think its the team thats meant to be dealing with it just someone ringing me up to pretend they are doing something.) He took some details from me yet again and then asked for the IMEI for the phone which I gave him he then tells me that this phone is registered to another customer and that I need to get e2save to sort it. I told him its a reconditioned phone but he said even if it is, its still registered to another customer so I would have to contact e2save to get a replacement.
Am I really going to need a replacement phone again (I bet it will be my luck the replacement won't work)? Has this happened to anyone before? Is there a way of getting through to a UK call centre for three rather than the clueless Indian one?
I'm going to be stuck without a phone (even if it is only a few days) if they need to replace it because I have organised for my old number to be ported to 3 tomorrow and I don't have any other 3g phones to use the SIM in.
Thanks
