    I know but everything seems to be getting better now. Halifax never defended their case in the end even after the Judge gave them a second chance plus they defaulted on the expense payment to myself (which was part of the Judges order when he set aside the judgement). Am waiting to see if there is going to be another hearing or the courts are going to force Halifax to pay at last. Its only been going on since Aug last year now:eek:

    Dads home insurance - reduced by £200 a year "WE DO NOT LIVE IN FLOOD AREA AND I DON'T SEE WHY WE SHOULD PAY FOR THOSE THAT DO - I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR"!

    :j :j Got a letter from RBS today stating that as a gesture of goodwill and without admitting liability they will make an offer of £1658.18. I have accepted the offer and am over the moon. Just wanted to say thankyou for the support of the people on this thread if it hadn't been for all the posts i wouldn't have had the guts to reclaim. So thank you, thank you ,thank you.

    Tiggrae i made myself a little program what works out all the rebate business for me now so i don't have to strain my little brain anymore:D
