Seems like a fee to me. I would want this confirming?? Seems like the first ppi was not a lot in cost really but still with stat int you need to make a claim for this if it was missold then it needs to be in your pocket and not theirs.

As regards the other loan then you need to post the details for tiggrae to take a look at too.

Does seem off doesn't it ?

I do have the SAR here but its all so scrappy stuff..... .

Why they carried this over to the 2nd loan I do not know but as I have already resolved the 2nd loan with the FOS I am baffled really but yet this is now to do with the 1st loan now, the way they have done this in their calculations which they have obviously used the settlement figure from the first loan, removed something else and added that £11k something but not the full amount as stated on the agreement

Yes your right, it all adds up.;)

I did post when Tiggrae was here and forgot to ask her to check this out for me.

The details of both loans are in one of the above posts.;) :D;) .

I have added a few posts of some confusion of consolidation loans regarding rebates over the last few weeks or so here and there.

When taking out the first loan and ppi and when realising you were mis sold this you expect for this to be put back right as if this ppi was not taken.

Now when consolidating is it both the loan and ppi they calculate or just that of ppi ?
This is an issue which also confuses me, because if its just the loan they only have the loan to calculate and not that of ppi.....

I take it its both combining they calculate together before giving a rebate that we do not actually see, so where does it go to ? (even though rebated) ??

Did that sound a silly question ? lol.....:o

Yes hunni, its the 2nd one Nemo resolved, thats when the FOS had mentioned in his paperwork to pursue the first broker we would have to do that one separately, so this is why we are only doing this now, because it was only then on the loan advance we had learnt about the mis selling and wanted to deal with that one while we were still with nemo at the time.;)

Well whatever the amount is really because it all adds up, and yet where the heck did that other part of my money go to on the loan advance

I do really need to find out again and I think what we were told on the phone about this is a load of you know what  .
With the stat interest it all adds up;)

Yes worth a shot hun and the same for you too hunni.;)

If it wasn't for these going into liquidation this May then the FOS could have dealt with this one - so annoying this......

It makes me think if these brokers stop trading on purpose because they know what's coming
All this mis selling business in the media a lot lately.......;)
