    Hi folks

I've had a rather hectic day here, but wow this stuff is a great interest to me, I am now wondering if I should have gone for an unfair rebate or the mis selling on some of my cases ?

Still have a way to go to work out some of the complaints I yet have to do regarding my loans with Lloyds (PPI). That is approx 4 maybe 5 of these, some were taken in a space of time (gaps between them), but think one of those may have been to consolidate the other, so my guess would be about a unfair rebate here on that one, am I correct folks ?
Yet they were flipping mis sold

Di, i spent last night doing this with my co-op ones and have emailed the adjudicator today as he had asked if any were to consolidate the others and i had said i did not think so but they were according to looking further into these last night. I have now sent a note but yet to hear back as I got auto response of taking hols:rolleyes: .

I have gone for misselling on these but i am hoping the FOS take into account the unfair rebates as well. All of them were missold. PPI total before the interest of all four is about 9K..

Seem to be getting worse and worse with this cold of mine. My head is banging and weak again today and terrible cough that just will not stop. In fact my back hurts and my stomach now. I can't seem to shake it off like before. Stress of all this me thinks...

I am due it back this big chunk if they can apply the banking ombudsman scheme to our claims too. I have emailed them and asked for any more info but as i say they are away at the mo.

My cough is bad but i have had some salt water and now hanging over some vick and hot water too. I have never had a cough like this before. Its driving me crazy let alone what its doing to my poor family.

Have you done your letters for these other claims yet and what dates etc. Have you even started the process off yet??

Just to add, time is running out now for Endeavour, so I had better prepare for filling in that FOS form (first in draft), add my input on here and see if anyone can make it sound better for me.:D Cheers.;)

I don't mean to sound like an "old mother hen" hunni :o but you should really see if your GP can give you something...... , we don't want you ill  .

If you ring would they be able to arrange a prescription for you over the phone hun ?

Not even started the process of the loan PPI (Lloyds) yet only that of the 3 credit card PPI between me and hubby, and if this was sorted out soon and if we won this case with the FOS I know we then stand an excellent chance about the mis selling of the loan ppi.

Need to get this Endeavour out of the way next week then I must move on to the Lloyds loans PPI.

Still wating for some feedback from different ones about "Click" too !!

Talking about prescriptions I have to pick up my mum's antibiotics in a min, she has a bad chest infection too.
Lots going about I know that and I have that feeling Marshallka hunni you may have this too. She had all the other stuff wrong as well, burning up, feeling hot then cold, temp up and down, heavey cold.

I will be back later, ring your GP's surgery hun and tell them your not feeling strong enough to go to them and if they would be kind enough at this time to fax a prescription to your nearest chemist for you.;)
If you tell them your symptoms I think they will obviously guess.;)

Good luck and back as soon as I can.;)

Di, thanks for that and no you are probably right about the docs. If I still don't feel right next week then i will ring.

Get your letters in for other claims Di. You only need one letter if its the same company don't you. I only sent one to Co-op and when the ombudsman rang he asked if i had actually given the co-op chance to respond to the older loans and I told him yes. He then said he found the copy of my letter at the back of the pile and that "yes" he agreed i had.
