Still no news on the Firstplus complaint about "unfair rebate". I rang again today and was told by the lady that she would push for someone to get in touch to tell me if it is something they can actually look into. I am still none the wiser on this one. I just want to know, thats all and want an update. I have bad feelings about this one. She did ask if i was in all afternoon but could not promise a call. Nothing up to now:mad:

Been trying to find some other document copies for the FSCS, it seems they just want to see something with the name of the firm who dealt with it, so the only paperwork I have come across is that of underwriting work, but it states TWOPART LTD/AS e-loan as Source ID, and states the same name for Source Branch.

Wonder if that will do ??

Going back to that letter they asked for

. Any documents from TWOPART Limited as evidence of having dealt with the firm.
    and
. Please explain how the sale of the PPI/LOAN took place, for example face to face or over the phone.

(Answer for that is over the phone).

Di, i think this time they are getting it right before letting me know if they can adjudicate it instead of doing what they did last time. I don't think i will hear anything yet as no-one knows about the jurisdictions and i am not even sure if i worded it right or not.. If its sent back i will just resend it again with different words till i have exhausted all my options and HAVE to give up but up to now i am willing to fight. I don't think last times complaint should have been thrown out really as they were gisc members but i got it all wrong in my words. I said about rule 78 etc etc etc and they thought it was a banking complaint. I did not know that there was two very different pieces of legalisation for the two and put both in one complaint.

I just hope they can do something this time.

Yes hun, its very frustrating isn't it ?

I have a good feeling about it myself hun, so with a bit of luck they WILL look at this for you, and if they do send it back normally they do give you the chance to forward anything and return it back to them in case they have missed and overlooked the situation.;)

Hope they get in touch soon, just to let you know where you stand with this.

Yes hun the agreement went into the FSCS but when actually taking this policy it was then passed over to the lender Nemo for them to send, so it was with Nemo's logo !!
Everything else is all underwriters paperwork and of course Eloan are unable to supply me with any further info due to them not in business anymore, as requested......

Already won a claim against nemo for the loan advance mis sale of the policy, that is when we learnt afterwards about the mis selling of the ppi also due to the media, and the FOS states in his paperwork we should try to pursue the brokers on the mis selling of the first ppi......

On the Endeavour complaint, they did send the form back to me about the mis selling because they were not covered, but also added a note to state if they have overlooked anything is to return the form with the information missed, (in their own words), will see if I can find the letter later.;)

(this later I realised I could go for the unfair rebate) and not that of mis selling which is why I am trying to battle that part with Click.

And as you know I received a letter from the FOS last week to tell me as this is a brand new complaint "unfair settlement", it is likely they will be able to look at this, they also started a form for me ready and added Nov 2005, the date of the settlement and the reasons etc.;)
