in all his adverts / cv this Steve Teague talks about starting Click in 2001, no where does it mention any of the iterations of click going into receivership and starting up again, I'd definately write to the AFB and tell them about his past business dealings and how it's left you (and others) high and dry !!! be careful to stick to the facts though - you don't want to be on the receiving end of a claim for libel !!!
We are only finding out about this company. Di wants and needs to know if they are to do with this new Click. Have we done anything wrong yet:eek:

I could try them again, but I do think they will back him up being that he is one of those members....... , and hubby has already told them about the situation this left us in, and all we got was they are sorry but are not able to intervene...... .

There have been many click groups going by Companies house but to me these are the same just a different reg company number, its just not right and they will do this to not take any responsibilty of any of our complaints.

Tron_ess seems to think that the AFB will be no help here either......

Is this the click group you had the loan with. This was 2005.

Thank you hun, this is very interesting and they say they dissolved in 2006 will check how far these posts in the forums go up to.
2004 was ours (July), so he was not exactly new when starting this new click up......

Click boss pips rivals to key post - Steve Teague re-elected as AFB Board Member

    - Click chief winner of the 2007 AFB board member re-election

STEVE TEAGUE, boss of one of the UK's leading secured loans specialists, Click, saw off a number of competitors to secure his seat on the Association of Finance Brokers' (AFB) board for a second tour of duty.
Teague's election was announced just prior to the AFB's election gala dinner, held in London on Monday 2 July.
Rival short-listed candidates for the post - Gerry Lafferty and John Webb were defeated by Teague, who received the highest number of votes from AFB members eligible to vote for the large constituency category.
"It's an enormous honour to win the election again this year. I believe my skills in digital marketing will prove valuable in supporting the great work being done by the AFB.
"These are key areas of expertise and have perhaps been a decisive factor in helping to secure my re-election to the board," said Teague.
Teague founded Click in 2000. Since then the Farnham, Surrey-based online loans and life cover provider has grown to one of the biggest firms of its kind in the UK, employing almost 250 people.
