Thanks for adding this hun, I have actually came across this on their site before but then because it was different reg numbers I did not think it was anything to do with the Click we used..... , but if you look more into the site the director is still the same one since 2000 or 2001 ?
And still here now, so he must have had something to do with the Click we used, also in Farnham ??

This is one of the comments I had also read:

    Editor's notes:

Click, based in Farnham, Surrey, is one of the fastest growing independent secured loans and life cover specialists in the UK.
Originally branded Click Group, the company was founded in 2000 by its Managing Director, Steve Teague.
The current structure of the business was introduced in 2001 with the formation of its life insurance and loans brokerages. Since then, the company has grown to employ over 230 staff and has recently branded under the name Click.
Now Click is one of the biggest players in the independent loans and life brokerage sector, and continues to expand with a strong, top drawer management team.
Click has ambitious plans for imminent growth and is on course to become the UK's number one online financial services firms by 2010.

Steve Teague, managing director of Click, points out although it offers a full range of life cover products including critical illness, these specialist sales are low as it operates on a non-advised basis.
He says: “We don’t force these products down people’s throats, in fact the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in its last review were surprised by how few sales we make. We don’t offer advice so if a client is unsure what they want or need, and then we refer them to our IFA partner.”

in all his adverts / cv this Steve Teague talks about starting Click in 2001, no where does it mention any of the iterations of click going into receivership and starting up again, I'd definately write to the AFB and tell them about his past business dealings and how it's left you (and others) high and dry !!! be careful to stick to the facts though - you don't want to be on the receiving end of a claim for libel !!!

See what they have to say ?

Even though when we were sold this loan she always spoken of Click, but then this may not make any difference ??
