They have made me an offer but I dont feel that it was anywhere near what I paid for my policy.

What have they made you an offer for?? Did you claim misselling here and have they offered you a goodwill gesture.

What did you pay and what did they offer you???

Was this a single premium policy and how long had you had it. If you post the details etc no-one can actually tell you what to do but maybe we can help.

as they've made an offer who wants to bet me the loan was taken out AFTER 15.01.05 - any takers ??????:A

:eek: HELP !!!! ive just got home to find two different letters one from egg saying that my ppi complaint is not viable as i was the one who ticked yes to it when filling in the application formon line ? and one from tsb with regards to my cc charges saying they will give me the difference between the amount then and now and not the full amount :mad: HHHHHEEEELLLPPP !!!!!!!! WHAT DO I DO NEXT ?

You now send another letter to them and say that you are not satified with that and that you now need a final response (if this letter from Egg does not include the wording of "final response". Its not the end yet, you just need to send another letter out.

What dates were these PPI applied to your cards??? Then we can see about the TSB one. I am going off line for a while now but should be back on about 8 ish so hold fire and you are now in the right place;)

Just get another letter done to Egg and post all the details of the dates of both on here. Di may be one in a little while or Tiggrae or anyone else so they may help but if not i will be back later.
