The biggest thing i have ever done (and it was for me as i am terrified of heights - not from a plane though- but just where i could fall) is to go up in a bunjee. I did not jump but just went up while someone esle jumped. I was really proud as i get really dizzy high up. I was glued to the spot while my little girl 3 at the time was running up and down shouting "daddy".

Thanks for that Di,I was just wondering though if i can pay the amount off the loan and get the loan revised without PPI, or whether they'll just take it off the loan still with the interest from the ppi on it. Does that make sense?!
Did your letter get safetly delivered;)

    Hi hun.

From my experience hun, I had paid my loan off, then when my case was won with the FOS, they refunded me the whole amount of ppi, plus interest to me in a cheque payment as if I did not have the ppi.
If the loan is still active, and you are successful in winning this, they deduct this (ppi) as if you had no ppi, so you would just be paying for the loan.
Although I do not think they change the repayment amount, (I would double check on that one) because in my opinion you should not be paying back something that you should not have had in the first place, yet your loan will come down quicker. So unless they change the terms I am unsure of this really.

Here hun, perhaps someone else can tell you their version.;)

Oh to be honest I have not thought to check if the letter got to the FSCS alright, but thanks for reminding me, I blame this puter for making me forget lol......:D

Can we start collections for a new lappy for our Di please. :j

Or Di, you can borrow the money from my new loan company LOANS 4 DI
and if you want to protect your loan we will sell to you along side a nice single premium front loaded policy. Please note that we are only an advisor and not a broker but we will sell to you all the same.(advisor, broker what the hell..) The rate will be 44% APR and your single premium policy will be front loaded so the quicker you make your payments the quicker this will be paid off, (But until you have paid this your actual loan will not decrease by much at all). At the same time we will charge you interest on your loan for the full term and if you want to cancel your policy then they will not give you anything back at all. If after the sale of this you have any problems then please write to the head office which is based in Gibraltar (all the admin have SAD) and note that your legal rights will be restricted. Can we do business Di.
