I did not know that FOS did not work the figures out for you. I always thought they did, they did with Laini i think???

I could send the dual calc if someone could guide me through sending it off my desktop
no the FOS don't work out the figures, they tell the business what they want them to do and then let them work it all out and make the payment

just keep on at the fos - have you written to the adjudicator ?

    Hi tiggrae

Yes have e mailed him about 6 times and each time he passes it to Barclays who seem to ignore it. He is away from office till next week but had e mail from Barclays saying they have send info to my adjudicator and will wait for his approval when he returns from leave.

I am glad you confirm my suspicions about their unfair calculations and perhaps these posts will make people aware that they need to check these.

    Will wait their final outcome:rolleyes:

I just sent a few copies of bits and bobs as i had not received my SAR from Co-op. They have still not sent my full SAR back but i have sent my FOS complaint in already. When i sent it in about Firstplus i sent lots of things but not everything in with my sar. Just the first letters i sent to them and then the letters received stating their side and their final response. From what i can gather the FOS get their own details from the company anyway.

    Hi

I usually send a copy of all paperwork that I have in my possession it may be interesting for the FOS to see if their SAR and your SAR is the same. Not that I do not trust these lenders but Hey!!:D
