Hi folks,
Think I may have mentioned before about the broker company to Endeavour Personal Finance called 'Click Finance' went into liquidation/dissolved a while ago, anyway I wanted this confirmed and sent some emails, the administrators emailed to confirm this, here is the email just received:
Dear
I refer to your emails addressed to Bartfields, which have been forwarded to me.
Since November 2007, the Insolvency Division of Bartfields (UK) Limited was sold to Begbies Traynor and my new details are
Begbies Traynor
Glendevon House
Hawthorn Park
Coal Road
LEEDS LS14 1PQ
Email: gerald.krasner@begbies-traynor.com
With reference to your enquiry on click Finance Limited, my administration as liquidator was concluded on 16 March 2006, and the company was then dissolved. In the circumstances, there is nothing further I can do to assist you, but I trust the contents of this email are sufficient for your purposes.
Kindly confirm

Okay regarding my above post, do you think I should email and request further information folks ?
I'm not saying they can do this though but think it may be worth a try.
As you know as I mentioned this before, Click Financial Ltd were linked to the HFC bank and Endeavour the HSBC group, but maybe I should ask the above who their Grantors were ?
What do you think folks ?
We were deprived of this mis sold PPI money and cannot reclaim this through Click, and before I continue with both HFC and HSBC, perhaps I could try to gather more info.
(these were not regulated until Jan 2005) where we missed out with this on pursuing through Endeavour).
I appreciate your feedback and advice, thanks so much to you all.;)

Hi Marshallka
This was the webpage I found but are not the same group as before.
http://www.click.co.uk/
It was these that actually first informed me of the original Click dissolving, then gave me the details of the liquidators to have this confirmed.
I will keep checking though on google search engine and see if anything comes up, thanks hun.;)

I'm part way through reclaiming PPI from Black Horse on the basis of mis-selling for a loan we started last year but have now settled.
Basically we were told we could not get the loan unless we took out the PPI, we didn't know any better so we agreed, at this point we had been sat in their office for nearly 3 hours. Now Black Horse are stating that without documentary evidence they won't do anything and have referred us to the ombudsman. I'm busily making copies of all the documentation and have filled the form in using the advice from this site.
I was just wondering if anyone here has had success getting PPI refunds from Black Horse?Currently Underway:
PPI Reclaim: Black Horse: £1083 - Refund Agreed
Bank Charges Reclaims(On-Hold): Alliance & Leicester: £2527 ; Lloyds TSB: £270 ; Abbey: £13000 -

As GE are being complete plonkers and insist that a phantom phone call carries more weight than a signed CCA I need to take them to court. Can someone tell me where I start?
Cheers
You'll need to get your particulars of claim (for the N1 form) right, presumably you are claiming Negligent Misrepresentation under the Mispresentation Act 1967, download a copy of that Act and look at the prescident laid down for Negligent Misprepresentation by Lord Denning (ie he stated it's upto the Defendant to prove there wasn't misprepresentation as apposed to you having to prove there was).0 -
