northernfly wrote: »Hi guys
Just a little update. I received a letter from Lloyds TSB loans saying that they were sorry I felt I had been mis-sold and that they were going to look into my claim and get back to me as soon as possible- so guess it is just a waiting game.
I am still waiting to hear from card services however- only been 2 weeks so far.
Good luck to all those trying- hopefully we will get somewhere soon
:-)
Hi there Northernfly.
Same letters we received, I do hope they don't delay time with yours, so wish you luck here, have you the email addy for these, even though sometimes they don't always get back here are the email details:
Internet.Banking@lloydstsb.co.uk
If you do receive any emails from these, save them for your records also, normally though this section just passes on messages then gets back to you by saying they will get someone to contact you for as soon as possible, but all these I had saved, printed off which all went to the FOS with my complaint form.
I do wish you success with these, fingers crossed.

Hi alleybabes.
Good luck with this hun, I'm sure these are more than likely passed on to the adjudicator now, sometimes they can take a little while and they can vary, have they kept you up to date since Feb ?
You could always email for an update on:
casework.support@financial-ombudsman.org.uk
Maybe these will update you.;)
Good luck anyway.

It's entirely upto you, but if you go for the mediation service your claim will be 'stayed' for a month whilst attempts are made to mediatebathgatebuyer wrote: »Dear all, I have to have my Allocation Questionnaire back at the County Court by Monday. In relation to the mediation element, is this something that I shuold consider or shuold I just go straight to the small claims?0 -

they pay up within weeks of you starting the proceedings**AquariausAngel** wrote: »Ok. Will let you know when I get a response. Do you know if I would have to go to court or are they one of these companies who threatens and then pays up at the very last minute? I don't want to have to pay for a court hearing when I'm only trying to get back £72

Hi if they haven't responded by the end of the statutory 8 weeks, send your complaint to the FOS, telling them you have given LLoyds sufficient time to investigate your complaint and that they are in breach of their statutory duty - along with the mis selling complaint as well !! -Send a copy of the FOS complaint form to LLoyds as 'a courtesy'.northernfly wrote: »Hi

I amso excited i have just received a response from Bespoke in Gibraltar and it reads as follows
Good afternoon Mrs. M, I have today sent you a letter by post with regard to your complaint and what I hope is an acceptable resolution. The post can be slow from Gibraltar, so I would imagine you will receive it towards the end of next week. Please note I am now on holiday and return to the office on Monday the 14th of July. I will be in contact with you on my return to the office.

I swear if this is "sorry, we sold it to you fair and square" then i shall be really annoyed and will definately take this to the courts. I don't think it is though because he knows that that reply WOULD be unacceptable to me. I now cannot wait until next week. I will be down to 7 stone, i swear, i was just in the middle of my dinner when i got that email and i had to leave it. This whole thing has made me ill but hopefully it is coming to an end now.Wow, sounds like some sort of result here hun
