Cant send or receive e mails this morning with BT is anyone else having trouble:mad:
I hate it when that happens...... , although I have a BT line, I use aol and we have these problems at times, it can be very frustrating....... , I do know by hearing on the radio this morning that BT has made a huge amount of profits though.......:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I know you all have your own claims to deal with but what do you think my chances are with LLoyds credit card ppi right now ?
So far last week the adjudicator says that Lloyds will not uphold my complaint and that he was waiting to hear form them about some issues he raised, he had given them a fortnight...... , so this could be anytime now then.....
My argument is, in 2001 I had take an Asset credit card in the bank where it was signed by me and I was rushed by the sales manager, I remember this well, please sign here X. I did not get the chance to read a thing, she was going for her dinner !
I was a homemaker, and the Principal card holder, no other person added on the card, I had my 2 children's benefits coming in every month, they put this down as £200 a month, and added "homemaker".
Now on my agreement they had ticked for me to take this ppi to cover for sickness/accident and unemployment.......
Now how will that cover me if I was not working in the first place ??
I expect the adjudicator has already picked up on that.
So what do you think my chances are folks ?;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Thank you Marshallka, well fingers crossed then hey ?:D .
I suppose I will soon know, like he said he has given them 2 weeks, but when his 2 weeks started from he did not say, if this has got to be moved on, it will be a shame really because its not a big one really again, but every penny counts...;) , maybe approx a thousand and something with interest, as I requested this too, so hopefully it will be resolved at earlier stages.;)
Golly I bet you dream about claims and £ signs lol.......:rotfl:, lol, I'm not surprised, your at this all the time, with others while also dealing with your own. How you do it I do not know but WOW....:D
:T .

Hi there Beverley
Apologies for the delay.
I have read your post very quickly.
How far have you got with Barclays ?
Have you actually sent in a reclaim complaint letter to them ?
We will take it from there, if you could let me know the above, that will be very helpful, I can then add some info for you to guide you through this.;)0 -
