because if you read what you put - you say in the first sentence 'Can I also add to this complaint.....

at the end you say 'If I need to go for a new complaint then to let you know asap'...........

but it's the first sentence they've acted on - under what they believed to be your instructions they've added to your complaint - what need to do now is put it right (regardless of who's in the wrong) - that's why I suggested writing letter of clarification
But it was a question. I am going to ring and cancel all of them now as this is driving me crazy. Its made me ill since April and made me ill in 2003 and its just not worth it for money.

It was a question to me and if I have done this wrong then I will only do this wrong again. I feel such a failure here. I have been on this continually since April of this year.

I have just looked at what info they sent me today and they have attached a copy of my email to them on 15th September, 2008 (the one that you are on about) and then written on 25th September that

    Notes

We need to set up a new complaint further to the complainants email of 15th September, 2008. New complaint form to be sent out to the complainant in respect of this.

They did answer it by the looks of it but just not to me until today and also they have misread it too and said i complained about section 78 CCA when I did not. Its just a pity that they did not respond this to me also.

As far a I can see all is not lost Marshallka, they will call you back, you will clarify, they know they have made a mistake, they will sort it.
I am sure they will also contact Barclays and put them straight.

Thank you for adding this in for Marshallka.;)
I do really hope they deal with this one now, as I know this has been one heck of a stressful case to deal with for her.

Have the FSCS informed you if they are investigating Picture yet hun ?
They emailed me as I emailed to ask something, and they told me they are only now investigating Twopart/Eloan.

Did you read my post the other day, that I rang their liquidators and Twopart were taken over by Essex county loans but they have gone under now too..... , this one is going to take a very long time, considering it was May 2008 twopart had liquidised and now these recently going by what the liquidator had told me......

Do you mean investigating ,as in seeing if they can be declared in Default?
As I understand it they are still waiting for some information before they
can be declared in default and can not give a timescale when waiting for information from others.
Does that mean they are investigating Twopart now to see if they have any funds available?

Not sure hun, the email was not that clear really, I had emailed them to tell them that I had contacted the liquidators who had informed me that they were then run by another company who also liquidated, and the email from the FSCS just stated they have only now started their investigations on them, so whether that meant information for declaring default or the funds side if it I am uncertain, so I thought I would leave it for a few days and get back to them again.;)
    I will let you know.

    Me again !!
When you are offered PPI should you be asked if you have any insurance already? My husband has had a critical illness policy for years and he is paid for a year on full pay if he's ill and also has redundancy cover. He is adamant that Nemo never asked him anything to do with these issues ! Would they have paid out if we had have claimed because he already had these or doesn't it matter?
