    Your right because I tried too and unable to find them now, but it was only a few weeks ago they were - so what is going on with them I wonder....:confused:

    Di, just found this. Did they actually take over a year to liquidate then

    So did they actually go into liquidation in July 2006 or have i got that wrong??

    ClickFinanceLimited was closed on 16 March 2006 and therefore, all the papers have now been destroyed, so will be unable to obtain this information for you.

    It was definately 2006 they dissolved, July rings the bell maybe an earlier month.

    It looks like april 05 which would explain why they were never registered in jan 05 with FSA. BUT and this is the big question did the directors ever inform the FSA of this bankruptcy. It doesn't matter if it is for a different company to the one authorised as it is the directors personal conduct that is most important to FSA.

    That looks about right okay I was a month out, but it was roundabouts that.

    All the other dates are that of their other groups dissolving are they then perhaps ?

    I did actually try too request a SAR from them but they were unable to supply it.

    Di should be writing to FSA anyway. I am not an expert on bankruptcy but I think the process is filing for, winding up and then dissolution. I am fairly sure that once they have filed they cease to be active for new business which looks like april 05.
