    Hello!

yes, there is a site that lists all the daily deals in your local city. It's called City Treats and it hosts all the providers of Group Buying Power daily deals. So a number of people have to sign up to the deal before the deal can go ahead but it usually does; the local deals are really great.

There's a whole variety of them: up to 90% off spas, restaurants, massages, teeth whitening, hair removal, laser treatment, money off prescription glasses, hotels, weekend breaks and more.

The only thing you have to be careful is spending too much money! You find yourself thinking: 'Oh I can't miss out on this deal' and buying one every day!

That said, I've been doing things i would never ever normally be able to afford. It's definitely luxury living for less. I go for gorgeous cocktails with my girlfriends after work now, instead of drinking cheap wine at home! Or I go for long weekends in the country, courtesy of group buying power sites.

It's not at all bad. And City Treats is good because you can also customise the deals that you receive. And you don't clutter up your inbox with a load of daily emails from every single different local deal provider! is definitely going to be the next big thing of 2011

wow! u sound totally impartial and definetly NOT working for City Treats! Sounds very like Groupon
  • Kelkoo recently launched Kelkoo Select, very similar to the sites your have listed above.

Dealtastic's owner, Jonathan Ruff, also runs the Memorybits and Zoombits websites. These sites are notorious for their poor customer service reputation as shown by this thread on MSE:

Dealtastic don't feel it's necessary to have a phone number on their website. I wonder why?

I think that he is no longer connected with Memorybits / Zoombit, however dealtastic did use their email database when they launched, obviously without the recipients permission.
Not really the best way to get new customers and establish credibility.

wow! you're following me around- all i can say is that I have had very good experiences of Dealtastic as I'm sure many have- I have also had very good experiences of Ministry of Deals which I have earlier stated! dont put 2&2 together re my name.
If you'd like to know what other site I like It would be ibood.co.uk!

re:your name, its a remarkable co-incidence that a marketing manager at dealtastic just happens to use the same name on twitter. But I guess only an idiot would use the same name.
  • Hmm, plenty of options for deals of the day then! And enough banter to satisfy!

Ya exactly-just a coincidence I guess? Just like when you type jsoap into google- all coincidences... get a life mate and leave people make up their own minds about what sites are good instead of peddling your little vendetta..
  • Here's me making up my own mind, they have my money, don't answer emails either from their own webage or via the posted email address. they have not enabled my access to my "account" and I cannot reset my password. They did not aknowledge the order, I will be instructing my bank to get the money back from Dealtastic as they are clearly Scammers.
