so sorry guys... i just read the first two messages ages ago.. after that i thought no one else replied... anyway i managed to get the photos back.. it did go to another family with the same surname as me... they're car was at the garage thats why they couldn't return them straight away... also boots gave me the photos free.. so in the end it was all OK...
