I've never had a single problem with GP since joining and the cheques have been sent out without me having to contact them and I am very happy.

The only little glitch i had was the last cheque they sent out was in my maiden name as I had recently married and so I rang the number on the cheque and explained, and once I sent confirmation of my new name and the old cheque back, i got a nice new one in my new name. ALL IN THE SPACE OF A WEEK.

I use GP more than any other, becasue , as you all know, you have to build up a certain amount before the first cheque will be sent, so rather than have little bits of cash all over the place, I stick with the one cashback site. On one or two things the percetage is smaller, but overall, with what i spent on the net, it works for me.

Also, GP do regular competions and I won £10 a couple of weeks ago for my mothers day posting.

No, I don't work for them or anything, but I love 'em all the same.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just got my second cheque, for £26.50. First one was for £25, and I've got £16.50 to carry over. They pay in arrears, and you may have to wait a while, but it does come!

  • I have recieved over £350 from GreasyPalm in the last couple of years, you do get paid when your account goes over £25. I use it alot, I got £25 just for insuring my car through them.
  • Hi

I've been using GP for some time now. I think it's great. Within a month of making £25 casback it's transferred by BACS straight into my bank account.
  • Hi - it does work. I have had the following payments this year

    BACS1st Jul 09£26.17BACS1st Jun 09£71.43BACS2nd Mar 09£60.00BACS2nd Feb 09£72.51

Not bad when you add it to all the other affiliated money I made...

It can sometimes take a while to come through though.
  • Bingo payputs don't always happen. I am tired of the old excuse that "the retailer hasn't paid us so we cannot pay you". If this keeps happening, then how come these same Bingo sites are still listed on the site?

I am beating my head against a brick wall with Greasy Palm, which is a shame because things started out well and I received my cashback promptly into my bank account each time I had exceeded the £25 threshold. Now my account has been just over the threshold since last October and every month my account states "you are not included in the next payment run since you have not exceeded the £25 threshold"!!!

To say their procedures for dealing with account and cashback issues is inadequate would be the understatement of the century. Their ticket system is very limited as to what issues and complaints it can deal with and gives only automated responses - not once have I had a personal response to any of my issues. I have tried entering my present complaint into each section of the ticket system in a vain attempt to get a response, but to no avail. As the poster above has stated, a lot of the time their bingo/casino sites never issue the cashback and all you ever get told by the ticket system is that they are waiting for a response from the site, and once no response is received: "we cannot pay you because we have not received any payment from {insert site name here}". This has happened on at least 4 occasions in the last 6 months, and has left me out of pocket! I can only imagine their "company" is little more than a single computer in a disused office operating automatically and hoping no-one notices.

All I want is my final £25.07 payment so I can close my account and never have to deal with these charlatans again!!!:mad::mad:
Most recent win: Sonisphere tickets + Rocket Dog shoes and goodies!
Best win to date: Designer handbag with iPhone, designer make-up and £50 Arcadia voucher inside
Total wins since starting in April 2010: 26
    Estimated total prizes worth: £2510

I'd really like to know this. I've been tempted by several VIP offers only to never be paid out the usual cashback or the VIP top up. I'm currently waiting for my amazon voucher code for the Feb payout. I'm interested to see if it'll take longer than two weeks and if the voucher will be valid from the 3rd or from the date it appears in my account.

As I said elsewhere, I'm waiting for a cashback to appear from a savings offer then I'm closing my account. This site is really more trouble than it's worth.
  • I have had loads of money back from Greasy Palm but have not used it recently because of non-paying bingo sites. I only play the bingo to get the cashback so when it is not forthcoming it can be expensive. If you raise a ticket you can wait months for a response and then it is only to say that the transaction was not tracked. However, when u click through to a site on GP you get a quick message saying "tracking your transaction" or somesuch wording - so how then can it not be tracked. If the bingo sites are not paying out the cashback then GP should bar them.

I've already received my amazon code for the February pay out. Logged into my greasypalm account yesterday at it was already there.
