my excuse is perfect: i work shifts and right now it's 0237 and I'm knackered!!!
I have trouble sleeping anyway; my darling son thinks both that sleep is for wimps, and that at nighttime it's Mummy or nothing.

since you obviously agree with datasafe and !!!!!!? Gates that the UK has a decreasing population and that Japan has an increasing population
could you please provide me with this info as i can't find it
thanks0 -
I believe that Datasafe's figures claim that over the period of Japan's decade-long recession and house price crash, that the population was increasing until 2007, when it fell by 0.01%
Since you were arguing that Japan was different with regard to its crash because of a decreasing population it rather proves you wrong, I'd say.
Still, maybe his figures were wrong and the population was indeed decreasing in Japan over the period being discussed. You seem to be convinced the figures are on your side so did the population increase or decrease over Japan's decade of slump? Should be easy for you to back up, right?--
Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -

It doesn't matter what Japan's population is doing now - it wasn't declining in the slump....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Little hint carolt - put him on the ignore list which is accessible from the User CP. You still have to read comments by him when others follow them up but they are automatically hidden as you browse the forums.
I did this as soon as his posts crossed the line into all out abuse territory and it's definitely the way to go.
Why don't you put everyone who disagrees with you slightly on ignore then you can stay here and talk to people in exactly the same situation and with exactly the same wants as you. Boring bar steward.0 -
the thing is !!!!!!? Gates i'm the only one who's provided any facts and figures
Its easy enough to find

So your arguement is based on projected future population? Sure thats predicted to down based on birthrates, but as everyone else has pointed out during their housing slump the population was still going up.0 -
thats the thing though datasafe....................your incapable of putting your argument across...................you simply state something and expect me to believe you over the economist etc. Please explain to me what sources you are using that are so good the economists sources are misinformation as you put it
or are you as i suspect just talking out of your
Ahhhh so who it who is getting personal? not me.0 -
