Whoever called you a retard should be ashamed of themselves.
!!!!!! neverdespairgirl etc are desperate people which sometimes leads them to say desperate things, nelly however i will not have you calling the rest of them i tend to agree with you. Dont let the b.astards grind you down.0 -

the slanging match came about because i dared to state that there are differences between the UK and Japanese Housing market that make it difficult to compare the two (this is very common knowledge in the construction industry)
the main difference being earthquakes
i provided a link to an article in the economist about this
certain posters - !!!!!!, nelly, datasafe, neverdespairgirl etc didn't agree with me so started calling me thick etc. because this is their way of putting their side across
i got wound up and posted back
i always get wound up when people call me a retard etc. i think most people would
thats pretty much it0 -

I hate that word "retard" being used as an insult.
Hardcock just let it be now sir.0 -
adrOck,
That band of people are only interested in picking up a house marked 40% down from today's prices......and when they finally do they will be back on here as a HPI cheerleader.0 -

HeHe Not a bad shout dan...unfortunately the recent hpi will not be realised again in my opinion. Some people on here do genuinely just want to buy an affordable home which if we are all honest with ourselves just hasn't been possible of late.0
