i don't think anyones got a problem with homes being affordable

certain people on these boards just gang up on you and shout you down (and call you retard etc) if you don't believe house prices are going to fall more than 10 - 20% over the next 12 months

i have no problem with them believing that house prices are going to fall a minimum of 40-50% over the next 12 months - thats up to them - everyones entitled to their opinion

but i fail to see why i should be called a retard and thicko for believing that house prices are going to fall 10 - 20%

What about the feel good factor and the perceived wealth of equity? Isn't that what's driving !!!!!!,carol etc to post here each day praying for a crash and to start the cycle again?
