    I phoned the EA again this morning cos of the complete inaction from anyone.

    They phoned me back and have arranged to come see me/it/plopage at half ten tommorow.

    So at least somethings happening, not a lot mind, and, I doubt I'll be posting anything significant tommorow too but I'll let yers know what he says and speculates, and probable course of action :)
