Personally i think we could all challenge them if they do not honour this price..
You could challenge them, but a court would throw your case out, you'd have to make a case that 49p was a believable bargain. Which of course you'd never be able to do, you wouldnt even be able to get anywhere near that price.
If it doesnt come off, move on...0 -
Something else to note about the TV - it's a digital TV. It's got a built in freeview decoder and top up tv card slot.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

I would have agreed if they had missed a certain digit e.g. £29x.99 and also if this misprice hadn't of happened earlier on the argos website.
I dont think this is a mistake and it is certainly misleading customers into thinking they have bought a new tv and dvd.
