I first had one, done in a batter with a dip, in a restaurant in Montrose. It was amazing, but so big, that everyone else at the table, had to help me out. I couldn't be bothered doing it with batter, so found a recipe like the one on You Tube. Well worth trying, and really quite impressive as a starter.
