Sorry to laugh, but you worrying about your untidy kitchen and you can't get in mad eme literally laugh out loud, a true flylady at heart xx

The bit I didn't mention was that on top of that DS2 also pulled the wet stuffing stuff out his nappy and had left a trail all over the house while I was stuck in the kitchen. So I had that to clean up too. Then he had to have a bath as he did a poo with his nappy half destroyed!

Got my floor all mopped and looking lovely.
I need to do more dishes again.
Make some crispy cakes or something with DS1 when he comes back from the park.

Right now though, I have :coffee: half a 35g bar of G&B's chocolate (my Zen moment) and I fancy doing some more sewing of my jeans that will now be a skirt.

    Afternoon all

Holly hope you are feeling better
Tia happy birthday for your monkey
Hex are you fighting fit now
Serena hope you had a good day in France

Not getting too far in the Dusy household. OH is still away (I think Germany today) with work so I'm in and out like nothing with the 3 kids. Peace now as all out at different places.

Dropped all my stuff at NCT sale hope to shift at least some of it but there was heaps there and I have already sold the best bits on ebay so we will see.

I'm just sowing some more seeds and then when DS3 is back I think I'll do a quick HHC tidy up.

For all those with man problems ;)

It finally all makes sense..... I never looked at it this way before:

MENtal illness, MENstrual cramps, MENtal breakdown, MENopause, GUYnocologist (ok not techincally correct spelling but who cares ;) )and when we have REAL trouble is a HISterectomy!

Ever notice how women's problems start with F***ing MEN!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T

    Afternoon all.

Its freezing here and the fact I've caught DD's cold isn't helping matters either. So we've scrapped going on the ghost walk, we lay in bed snuggled under the covers and read the book together instead ;) Much better option in my opinion as I was able to skip some of the more "scary" stories about headless priests, the devil and vampires :D

Thanks for all the hugs and stuff yesterday. It certainly helped cheer me up a bit. ;)

Todays plan is to do laundry (we both got pooed on by a bird yesterday while we were out! :o Good luck apparently if it happens  Already washed the coats though, but forgot they were in the WM so I've rewashed them) and watch Back to the future :rotfl::rotfl:

Going to make a curry for tea, with a jar sauce - DD is aware that its a case of eat it or go hungry. ;) I might let her have an ice-cream afterwards if she is good!

Best go and sort out the rice etc for tea

2 bags for ebay, 3 for charity shop, 4 bags rubbish and i'm still not finished. Did find receipt for OH's watch so that saves us 20 something pound but i've lost a very expensive necklace which OH bought me for my birthday a while ago. OH says i've flogged it on ebay which i haven't plus he's annoying me as he said he'd make dinner but hasn't yet.

Right coffee and finish this room, will post pics later.

Happy Birthday to your DS Tia.:bdaycake:
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Hiya Mrs MH I had the biggest crush on Morton when they were in their heyday -I'd still do him now infact, mind you I haven't seen him for ages, has he aged well? :D

Had a lovely afternoon with littley and her friend, we went to the Beach, the park, the swings, fed the ducks and went into a seaside cafe for a bag of chips, it was cold mind you brrrrrr. so we're back in now and her friend is sleeping over tonight so they're busy banging around upstairs, gawd kows what they're doing and I'm frightened to go and look

Got The Brave One for me and OH to watch tonight so that's this evening sorted.... I just hope he doesn't yap all the way through it and spoil it, isn't that awful :o:D he'd better not though.

Just hoovered the living room and part of the stairs (the ones I could reach without having to lift up the hoover and take up with me - how lazy is that) hung 2 full loads of washing on the maiden :j one busy in the WM as we speak. I really need to clean the cloakroom toilet cause unfortunately one of my kids has a habit of missing the water and it goes everywhere, and cause I couldn't be bothered to wipe it off when SHE did it it's now rock hard and will take a chisel to shift - *tuts @ self*

I'm off to chip away at the loo then.............
