Well done Madcatgirl - I got the longstanding irritating item off my list - I cleaned the tops of the kitchen cupboards and the cooker hood. At last put the stepladders back in the garage. Late starting though as had to find and read instructions for the microfibre cloth - can you tell I'm new to this!!Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli
Thank you to all who post competitions & help the smooth running of the comps board0 -

Michelle don't know if it helps but my youngest 2 are both in the 95th centile and are both very big eaters, i am constantly feeding all day. Although all 4 a good eaters only have 1 that is picky and thats my nearly 9 year old.
Usually at morning 8am ds3 18 months has slice of toast, then bowl of ready brek, then a fruit salad banana, apple, strawberry and grapes same for other 3 aged 10 , 9 and 4 except they also have kiwi.
mid morning snack usually a biscuit cereal bar, muesli ones.
roughly 12:30 dinner time....pasta or fish
tea what we are having, 6 oclock more fruit bedtime weetabix
and he also does have more extras. depends on the others if they have a bag of crisps he does.
A child appetite also depends on their metabolism too. My kids are very active ds3 has never yet watched tv, he never stops but he does sleep for 2 to 3 hours in the afternoon and 12 hours at night too.
As for your little man being sick as you are probably aware it takes upto 20 minutes to feel full so you could space it out over 20 minutes, in the morning this is what i do with youngest 2, it usually take a whole hour to feed them sometimes there is food left sometimes not. Also does your ds chew his food properly or he is a quick to swallow, as when you chew it release a chemical to the brain telling it that you are chewing and can bring the 20 minute timescale down to as little as 10 minutes hence why when someone is dieting nutritionists tell you to chew food properly. You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

Allready had another DS2 caused drama! My kitchen/livingroom door has no lock bit on the handle. It broke ages ago and we never got around to replacing it. So DS2 shoved a pair of nail clippers, which he stole out my bag, into it. and pulled the door shut.
3 !!!!!!! hours it took me! Running around the back of the houses to get in my back door, then running back to jiggle this bit, jiggle that bit, hammer this bit, shove a scredriver into that bit! I was in a right panic! Oh no I'm going to have to get someone to kick this door down and my kitchen is a mess!
Sorry to laugh, but you worrying about your untidy kitchen and you can't get in mad eme literally laugh out loud, a true flylady at heart xxYou can touch the dust but please don't write in it !
