    :hello:

    Morning all ladies,

Soappie good luck missus with the hotspot lol.

Johanne at least bubs didn't make an appearance last night, and you didn't have to go to hossie with drunk OH:p. Hope you don't have to wait too much longer though. ((hugs)) xx

    For today

As i have managed to keep up this week it is gonna be a quick swish and swipe weekend, got 2 more loads of washing as i have just emptied his suitcase.

    Dailies
    • Make beds
    • S & S bathroom
    • S & S Kitchen
    • 2 loads of washing 1 load in now....
    • Vac through downstairs
    • Mop kitchen floor

    Extras

Tidy up garden, for some reason my front garden is looking like the local rubbish dump, all of the wrappers and cans in there certainly aren't from my house or bin as we don't buy any of it!

Also prepare rubbish in back garden for a skip and next week i need to order a skip.

Right i better make a start and get off my backside.

Hope you all have a good day, catch you all later.

    hi everyone,

Well, I'm afraid I can't join in with the man bashing today - I had a nice lie in then dh brought me breakfast in bed - boiled eggs, toast, juice, coffee. Needed it as well as I worked til late last night. Also gone on computer this morning and he's facebooked me the song from our first dance at our wedding and messaged me with 'heard this and thought of you'. Awww. He is good.

Forntunately both girls on the mend now. dd1 just left with a bit of a sore throat, although she might give some chocolate a go later on as its 'sweetie night' in our house on a saturday. dd2 eating again now as well - she's starving today - she had a full weetabix, 7oz milk and raisin toast for breakfast. Nice to see her eating again and smiling too.

Michelle - I find dd2 (15 months) seems to always eat a good breakfast (weetabix or porridge with fruit) drink about 6-7oz milk, have mid morning snack and will then either have a small lunch and massive tea or a massive lunch and small tea, then have 8oz milk before bed. I'd just take his lead - he's probably still building himself back up again from him being poorly. My friend's ds at that age used to have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, tea, supper (porridge or weetabix again), then milk before bed - some kids just need it.

No excuses now for not flying - both of them better and dh not at work either. Working 4 til 8, but will get some tidying done as going to invite m & d over for sunday brunch after my morning run and got IL's over for tea tomorrow too.

Best get off my **se and make a start.

Michelle - my DS eats well but think he could do with a bit more but he won't have it. He'll have a full 9oz follow on milk, slice of toast and juice, mid morning snack - depends where we are cereal bar, fruit, biscuit - lunch is a two slice of bread sandwich or jacket potato and then some cheese, yoghut and prehaps a biscuit, small snack in the afternoon of something I'm having or nothing, tea is always main meal of meat and veg, potato or pasta (normally about half of bowl of food), fruit and biscuit or snackie bits, 9oz milk before bed. But DS will leave things if hes full and refuses to eat more, he can be quite picky of how much he eats. I'd keep giving your DS large portions of his meals to fill him up and then a little bit of snacky stuff. Not sure what the 'proper' amount would be but I'd be full if I'd had cereal and crumpet for brekkie so would prehaps watch him a bit, think a portion of meat should fit the childs palm and then veggie, etc ontop. Sorry not much help just waffle!

Johanne - hows OH, any news yet?

Been into town first thing, got bits I needed from MrT's for lunch tomorrow, taking DS to a party later to one of my new friends LO's. Think tea will be something out the freezer, just a pizza or something easy.

Right better wrap this pressie for later, its really cold here so don't think I'll be doing anything else.

luby that was really helpful - i do give 2 cups milk, breakie, snack, lunch, snack, tea, 2 x milk. I guess i might need to start giving him some supper too, although on nursery days when he has an earlier tea i usually give him something to snack on at 5ish when we get in. One day last week it was 2 bowls of my HM rice pudding. I just worry too much i guess - don't like refusing him, but he is around the 90% mark on the weight charts, and like i said before, he will eat until he is sick especially at my mums house. I guess little and often then.

DS is having a nap. DH should be home about 12:30ish. I have managed to strip our bed and get that through the WM - now out in the TD. I've also washed up all the stuff we have used so far this morning which was quite a lot.

going to put my feet up now for a bit ready for the next round with DS.

    Michelle, x

serena hope the day trip to France is really good. Glad DD is home and feeling a bit better.

tracey that was helpful - i have just lost track of what he should eat in a day, which is why i thought of you because of them being the same age. I quite often only give him one slice of bread for a sarnie, but this is mainly because the little monkey will only eat jam. I am just starting to panic a bit about feeding him so many meals. Might get the annabel karmel books back out again. I haven't touched them in months, and don't want to just resort to feeding him crap because i haven't thought about it. He loves fruit and veg, but i don't want too many nasty nappies either as i am struggling to get on the floor to change him, even though he is a star and will get out own wipes/nappy/mat and nappy sack. (usually more than we need)

Morning **waves at everyone** well it's a bit brighter here today, I've had faff all sleep because of this silly cold, shot myelf in the foot saying DS2 was improving as he was in my bed from 3am after soaking his so his first lot of sheets are in the wash then will do the duvet. Got coats waiting to be washed as DS2s got paint on his and DS1s is grubby.

Catch up day mainly for me, conservatory is a mess, utility is a mess, kitchen and LR just needs a quick tidy, dining table needs clearing, laundry piles of clean to put away and dirty to wash are quite large. Suppose I should stop talking about it and actually do it :o

serena pleased to hear she's home, hope you enjoy the trip and I am sure there is how to put on sari videos on youtube
One day I might be more organised...........
