Johanne - I'm thinking of you hun. Try and get something to eat. Sod the OH for tonight.

I remeber when I went in labour with the twins, my OH was sleeping of a rather heavy session from the night before.

I had had nagging pains for several days before then went into labour at about 6 am. I didn't want to look like a wimpy first time mum, so stuck it out as long as I could, pacing about and getting in and out of the bath. I tried waking the OH a couple of times but he was dead to the world. Then about 10am my waters broke with all the force of a tsunami and I started spewing for England. That soon sobered him up!!!!

I was in hospital for around 10.30 am 9cm dilated.

Unfortunatley, the first twin managed to crown with the wrong bit of his head and got stuck! (no space to turn him because the other one was in the way!)So after an emergency C-section at 5.15pm I was holding two bouncing babies (6lb and 7lb)
Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j

Settle-settle vibes for Johanne and Sober-sober vibes for Johannes OH.

Call for a take away, who cares if it's over £7. You are going to need it.

I''m making a skirt. I shall sew in good vibes for everyone.

No that was me, no joke, sorry edited last post. I think we're up to 4 now since we met. He has also been a nasty violent person. Strange I know but sometimes leopards do change spots as he's not been violent now for years. He's on his last chance and knows it.
One day I might be more organised...........

chunky, I appreciate what you're saying completely and thank you. It's took a lot to come as far as we have, not many can change their spots but I am pleased (well when he's not being a PITA!) that we did try getting help. He knew he needed help and got a lot of help when he finally faced it. We're still working on some things but his agression has calmed a lot, more than I thought aswell, you wouldn't think he was the same person. Big hugs for you too, sorry if me mentioning it has brought up bad memories.

Nah hun best thing ever in some sick twist of fate way, because of my pregnancy with my second child (obviously exhusbands), i met a girl called claire just through seeing her at the hospital, i then bumped into now and again had a quick chat etc....and then i bumped into her the day after i had a beating which was the last one may i add....she gave me her number, 4 weeks later i went out for a a game of ten pin bowling with claire her partner and Mark my now fiance. :D Thats was on 4 december 2001, on the 8th we went out again and we have never had a single day apart since, apart from now as he works away.

Also i am now stronger than i have ever been, and also a better person.

chunky, what a happy ever after ending to what could have been a nightmare, sounds like fate does work in mysterious ways.

Well going to bed didn't happen, just decided to check freezer again and try to finish my meal plan while hoping the paracetamol I just taken helps with the headache. Snuffles are getting on my nerves and I am sick of putting tissues in the bin :rotfl: Anyway in my search I found some christmas pudding icecream left over (just a smidge, ok a big smidge) so dished it up with some sweet waffles I bought in Aldis, yummy comfort food, great for my sore throat ;) ! Oh but naighty for the diet :o

Also forgot to add at least your OH made a step in the right direction mine thought he was perfect and had every right to break my nose or ribs! He even burnt me with an iron once and told the court we were playing with the iron. The burn is in the middle of my back and even now 7 years on i still have slight brown marks. (As for playing with irons, not my idea of fun i prefer to throw machetes:D lol) Like a court would actually believe that. What a knob he was i honestly believe he has got some form of aspergers or something like that but its not my problem anymore is it:D :D:D .
