Hex we took out a large bank loan to use as half the deposit for this place.. it meant we could get a much better deal.. the loan was paid off last year when we took out another one twice the size!! but it did sort us out for a few months.. right now I feel like we are right back there living hand to mouth and relying on ebay for extra cash to buy food with.. May will be different.. yeah right.. lol.. I have £900 to pay someone next month or else they refer to a credit company.. I laughed and said go for it.. they HAVE to accept the £50 a month I am offering.. anything over £3.50 is classed as a reasonable offer per month and any judge would laugh it out of court if it got that far! The wee chappy hung up on me because I knew more about than him.. lol... They can't take off us what we don't have!! in total it is only £1500...

  • right have done my bedroom.

Hung out 2 loads of washing & another load in the machine.

The beds are airing. I'll put the bedding back on this evening.

All the clothes are sorted & put away or are in the ironing pile.

Had my lunch so now need to complete kids rooms before picking DH up from the train station & getting the kids from school.

Oh last night I made sure I had a clean kitchen sink & the kitchen worktops were clean. It was lovely to come down to this morning.

So glad there is no ettiqute in here! ;) :P

Right i'm gonna shame myself into clearing and cleaning the bedroom:eek: You know when you stress about a room wondering where to start and if you just got on with it, it would be done is less time that is this room. Total nightmare.

Now need to lift DD, go to town for another doctor's appointment and lift DD and DS2 glasses. Then tonight i'm away to watch a play where DD is one of the 7 dwarfs.

;) I have a sparkly bathroom, and it only almost killed me.

I even sat on the windowsill and did the outside of the window, although i think i may just wait till next time the window cleaners are around and give them the extra pound to do the back windows.

Just need to put some bits back in the bathroom when it is dry (should be by now as i have eaten lunch in the meantime).

I think my next plan might be to watch neighbours, then hang up the wet washing and sort out the next load of ironing on the airer, then have another sit down with feet up before post office and picking up DS. I won't have achieved perfection today, but there is always the weekend, and some help from DH, and i now i have done my best today.

Pigpen - I seriously think I will have to crack and do some e-baying this month rather than keep freecycling things. So many things we need for the house. We have no intentions of moving ever again so we can't buy cheap materials - has to last, and has to be appropriate to the style and age of this house. £15 a tub for lime mortar against £3 for a bag of cement from BnQ for example. DH is also incapable of going to BnQ and spending less than £100.

Vanilla - good luck with it. It really helped me posting pictures then I felt i had to do something about it.

I'm back in the land of the living - dd2 had a sleep 11-1pm so dd1 sat on the bed with me and watched 101 dalmations whilst I snoozed. I now feel a bit more human and like I might make it in to work tonight now.

The good news is that both girls have really picked up. They've both managed beans on toast for lunch and dd2 seems to have kept it down (so far - have I just tempted fate??).

Vanilla - a quick HHC and that'll be all cleared (ok, maybe a couple of HHC's - lol). Think I'll try posting photos of my hotspots, dd2's bedroom & a big stack of paperwork behind the lounge chair next week and that'll motivate me to clear it.

I've suddenly lost all motivation to do anything other than sit in the middle of the floor and cry :o:o

    *RANT ALERT*
I think the situation with ex is getting to me again, he just doesn't seem to care as much as I thought he did about DD and I don't know what to do anymore. He said leaving her was the most difficult thing he's ever had to do but he's not showing it anymore. DD is still questioning me whether Daddy still loves her or not cause he won't come back and try again. He's with someone else but I can't disclose anymore other than I never thought he'd cheat on me and it turns out he did last year with the girl he's now with.

The trouble is now that I'm trying to be me, dress the way I want to dress instead of always being practical, listening to music I want to listen to, do things I've wanted to do for ages but never, its starting to look like I'm trying to be like his girlfriend and I'm not. I'm trying to be me, trying to be true to myself and right now I don't know what to do anymore.

I just want to scream at him, beat him about the head to try and knock some sense into him (about something I won't say anything about) and prove I'm not the b!tch that I'm being portrayed as by his girlfriend and on occasions him. My friends (both online and in person) and family have tried to help me out but he's being such a stubbon !!!!!! and "duck twit" that he can't see whats right in front of his face and what he risks loosing if he doesn't see it soon.:cry::cry::wall:

    *RANT OFF* ..... for now.
