Get to see a solicitor asap.He may try to claim money for his share of house.I take it you will need him taken off mortgage.
Save bills and statement showing household bills you have paid.
May be worth getting a locksmith?But check legality.
Bear in mind he will be allowed to take his belongings out of the property with police presence.I wouldnt let him in unless you have support there.

The adult friend finder thing will have a password reset/reminder. You can then click you have forgotten your password, fill in his username. I'm sure you could guess the validation questions easily enough and hey presto an email with the password is sent to his inbox, ready for you to read.

Do you have any joint accounts such as for paying mortgage?withdraw immediately any funds that are yours and see if accounts can be froze in current situation or remove your name before he clears them.Cancel cards if needs must as new cards would come to your address.

Wow, thanks for all your messages! It does really help, don't have many people to vent to in real life at the min: all our local friends were his friends first, and my sister is great and does know the situation but don't want to lean too much at min due to her newborn!
I don't think I wanna know any more about his internet activities now but thanks for the tips, I might use them, but we are not married and so I don't need proof for grounds for divorce.
I don't think I have the legal right to lock him out until I have bought him out. I will see a solicitor ASAP about this, and have started adding up what we have both put into the house in preparation.
Fortunately he has never been violent or threatened me so I don't think I could change the locks or get the police to help him move. Better see solicitor and building society and take the settee in turns in the meantime!

Adult-dating site ... he has WAY too much time on his hands, and I bet he lied about how wealthy and important he is. I have heard that many people choose for passwords the name of their pet or a member of the family. If you have a cat, try the cat's name; then your own name; then his mum's name or nickname; or a name from any computer game he plays.

If he is joining dating sites, he is showing you no loyalty. As regards his lack of work, not so sure I agree that on its own is a good reason to get rid of him - he may be too proud to claim benefits, or be afraid that taking 'any' job will damage his career prospects - just a guess. Not fair on you though, obviously.
