I live in North Kent (Medway area) and would love to know if there is one anywhere within driving distance of my home, nearest towns are Maidstone /Chatham/or at a push Canterbury. My local Tesco's hav increased their price of a small half litre bottle of white vinegar fro 47p to 89 p in the last couple of weeks .it makes it almost as dear as normal conditioner .i think Mr T's buyers are reading our hints and tips site and putting the prices up accordingly

There's a fairly large Chinese supermarket here in Nottingham. I've never been in, but after reading this and a couple of other posts here, I think I'll have to make the effort!

Wanoah and Fallenangel152, there is another smaller supermarket, just off Derby rd.
It is the side road with an antique shop on the corner. Just walk up the side road.I think it closes before 6pm.

The big one near Broadmarsh sold me sell by date fishballs once and only gave me an exchange when I took it back.I was rather annoyed as I had to take a bus down especially and my meal was ruined.No apology either.That was in 1990's.Never ever shopped there since.

I saw that one when going to visit the girlfriends parents. You pass it if you are walking to the centre from the train station. On the left on a corner opposite the bus station.

Have used Tai Sun alot but not other. I pass every day and there are always loads of students shopping in there so must be cheap
