Hello!
Im not sure on a website. But when i get really stuck i use Ebay. Its got a nice little range of stuff and usually if you buy more then one thing from a seller you get a discount postage.
Eg. £4.00 delivery for the first item and then £1.00 there after.
Its pretty good idea if you use ebay and stuff then maybe look into it? Or if you don't or don't want to use ebay maybe try these guys?

Have a look around and see what you can find! Hope that helps a little!I'm getting married in August 2015:j0 -
I don't know any websites to help but a money saving tip as far as pet rats are concerned is using MEGAZORB. We used to buy it it in gigantic sacks which would last a very long time. You may find it on equestrian websites. We used to buy ours from a place that sold horsey stuff...the sack which was about twice the size of the average compost bag used to cost about a fiver a couple of years ago...oh and it is biodegradable I seem to remember, but we didn't try putting it on the compost heap.

I get all my rat bedding/substrate from an equestrian supplier, it's much cheaper if you collect it yourself rather than ordering it off a website. I use Ecobed (cardboard squares) for my rats which is about £6 a bale and even though I've got two cages it lasts ages.
I've used Megazorb before and if you do a search on some rat forums, you will find that it's just like Marmite - some people love it and some people hate it - I love Marmite but can't stand Megazorb! I used it for well over a year, and for some reason they changed the way they made it, it went from being a lovely cream colour with a fresh smell to being dusty plus smelt dirty. Don't think used rat bedding can go on compost heaps due to them being omnivores0 -
Do you know which bedding and food you want? I get all my supplies online so might be able to make a suggestion.:heart2: Mumma to DD 13yrs, DD 11yrs & DS 3 yrs. :heart2:0

Can anyone recommend a website that has suitable things. I have looked at Rat Warehouse but the delivery works out extremely expensive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Please dont use any wood based litter or shavings for rats cages, its very bad for them! Anything dusty will cause havoc with their respiratory system and could end up with huge vet bills for you. The eco bedding mentioned above is great, as is Carefresh, which I use.0

Other than The Rat Warehouse, I use
Acrorats http://www.acrorats.co.uk/
EquineCanineFeline http://www.equinecaninefeline.com/catalog/index.php
& will add more when I remember!
ETA Reading through the posts I see this has been mentioned & i'll be joining the above forum too! I get all my stuff from the petshop near me, like bedding. Online I get the fun stuff lol0 -
Hi I`m thinking of getting two rats, do they make good pets? I mean what are they like to handle? do they mind? Do they bite alot (I know Hamsters tend too), are they ok in a hamster cage, or do they really need one of them huge Rat cages?
Any info would be good thanks
