the only problem is that walker's codes are going to produced with something a little more tricky than merely random.
So if you produce them all randomly some will meet their criteria (either they have a list of legit codes or some sort of formula to work out if they are valid) you'll have millions of them.
As far as i can see (from my very small sample of codes) there are 17 characters used: BDFGJKLMOPRSTVWXZ, and the same character may appear more than once so there would be simply too many combinations without having a better idea of what their criteria for a valid code is. Otherwise it would depend on the ratio of accepted code to rejected one to see if there was any point in sitting and typing all the security codes in. (although if you seriously wanted to try and set up some OCR for those you could get the page to refresh if the code isn't a png or gif image - since those formats would seem more likely to work with OCR than the bmp or jpg images as they use a different pattern for the text).

sainsbury's are doing 24 multipacks for £1.990 -
wait...i can work with ONE confirmation image on screen... you just need to go back on your browser and the original code is still there and works. It only changes if you refersh the web page. In terms of the codes on the packets, its very simple to write a macro to loop through all combinations and enter the competition, but it would take aaaaaaaggggeees (probably years) to run through the website.. knowing how the codes for the packets are validated would be a very valuable piece of information indeed!0

i can't get it to work with Internet Explorer but it seems to work perfectly with Firefox0 -
Also, trying to get as many codes into a single draw is the best. To do this for me, I made a program that fills in everything except the packet code and the security code. Saves me filling in my address, postcode, ticking all those boxes etc. Then you have more entries in, and increase your chance. And then entering in the early hours increases your chance again!
I WANA WIN, BUT NOT THE MINI - I WANT THE NANO!!0 -

getting many codes in one draw is not the best. 100 codes in one draw gives a worse chance than 1 one code in each of 100 separate draws.0 -

it actually depends how you view it:
i.e. you can look at it as 50 chances with odds of 1 in 400
or 1 chance with odds of roughly 50 in 450 - or 1 in 9
it depends on how risk averse or risk loving you are - i know i'm going for the better chance and going to submit as many as possible in one 5 minute slot.0
