Hi all,
I have a chilli plant that is currently producing green/ red chillis faster than I can use them.
Any ideas for how to use them up?
Thanks!0 -

Or make Nigella's Chilli Jam - it keeps for yonks [we are just using the batch I made last December - and I've made my first batch of the year last night - yum].
The good thing about this is that you can still use a spoonful in chillis and curries; and sauces, whilst also drizzling it over pizzas and on crackers. The best way to preserve chillis ever.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
My OH just chops them and stores them in a jar of oil in the fridge - they last ages.0

The allotment next door left us a carrier bag full over the fence, which the dog decided to eat a few, on his 3rd bowl of water and I hope he has learnt to leave the veg alone now...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
