They are vouchers like "£5 off a £25 clothing spend" etc etc
Yep, I got mine yesterday. I did recieve an email though to warn me they would be quite delayed, think it was due to a technical "hitch" at Tesco end.0 -
Racecaller again!
This is the response I received.
"Thanks for your mail.
The offer of 100 Piggypoints for registering became available in the first few days in April. Members who registered with Racecaller via this offer in April will be credited with their PiggyPoints at the beginning of next month, as per Terms and Conditions on this offer page.
However members who registered before this offer was on Pigsback.com (i.e. in March) are not eligible for PiggyPoints.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Kind Regards,
Rachel"

6 April Booked through Roomex, had to wait several days and send a chase up e-mail before I finally got the 2000 points which should have been credited within 24 hours. OK.
11 April Went to order 2 vouchers, now 150 points x 2 extra for handling and postage. Not happy, but had enough points and thought would get a better service. OK
16 April Vouchers arrived - both in a second class franked envelope, same envelope, smaller compliments slip. Absolutely nothing to justify the £3 rise in costs. DEFINITELY NOT OK!I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

Was it a postik note as thats what I usually get with mine....
Looking at how much they've put everything up and assuming that it takes the same amount of time to sound an email with a voucher number in it as it does to put a voucher in an envelope then we are paying 51 points for the handling fee and 99 for the envelope and stamp.
-Or-
Since a second class stamp 27p and an envelope 1p (Using Viking Direct Prices) and a post-it note 1p (even less as apparently its 2 from 150 but says 200 on the side) The total cost for them sending each voucher out is 30p (including address labels).
Suggesting that it takes them 2.4 times longer to stuff an envelope than send an email......guess that could work out - however surely they come unstuck when they put two vouchers in one envelope as then it takes 6.4 times longer (just for one extra voucher)2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -

That's way to complicated for me
I hope everyone has learnt the lesson that has been repeated here many times.
When you have 1000 pp order a voucher.
I see no point in waiting as you pay £1.50 for each one even if you order 5 at the same time, and who knows they may increase the cost or even shut the site down.
So order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

That's the same reply I got. Am not expecting to get any points now but it was worth asking I suppose.

Me too. I sent a chaser email about points for a Strawberrynet.purchase, a Dogs Trust purchase, an AA car insurance purchase, Typhoo coupon, Racecaller points and Hotel Chocolat points. I received a response this morning and they have completely ignored all my queries expect Strawberrynet and Dogs Trust, both of which they claim they have no record of.
