I've been shopping weekly at Asda through Pigsback from the start of February, spending between 75 to 100 per week.
I haven't had any ppoints credited so I emailed curly.
The response back was:
I have checked your offer page visit and can confirm the only date you were on the offer page via Pigsback.co.uk in the month of February was 17/02/08. Can you please forward me the confirmation email for this transaction and I can look into it?
Frankly I do not have the time to chase up every single transaction , copying e-mails, arguing the toss. I am very impressed with those of you who do go into battle with curly and get your points credited. As for me, I'm going off to have a good scream and a long G & T and then sign upto Topcashback in the hope that they are more honest than piggy. (thieving swine)
I would send them one more Email and tell them that will be the last time you use the site for purchases.0 -

I don't normally chase up any points but now that they have increased the cost of the vouchers I intend to chance up every one from now on.
Just done my first with the Racecaller 100 points.
As far as I can see it will be the first of many, so although they now charge more the cost of dealing with queries may reduce some of those extra profits.

I've just emailed them as well about Racecaller.
I've kept it polite but I do wonder how, when so many other people have emailed about this subject, they haven't done their own checks to make sure it was thoroughly sorted out for all Piggies!
On a happier note I also got my 200 points for the Pigsback Local survey.Quidco: £192.36, Pigsback: £40 vouchers, MT: £32 vouchers, CI: £50 HPF: £137.57 Swagbucks: 99Lloyds TSB Loan: Cleared March 2008, 5 months early.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 954 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!0 -
Because of the posts on this thread I thought I would try asking for my Racecaller points yesterday, can't even remember if it said 100 points for joining & first tip, but I thought I would try before the flood gates opened,
Got this email today,
I have credited your account with 100 PiggyPoints, these will be visible in your account by tomorrow.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards,
Evelyn
I didn't even need to show a screenshot?, which I don't bother taking anyway, I was going to give up on pigsback but I've managed 225 points in last 3 days, well on the way to first 1000 points, well 835 to be exact, go on ask all they can say is NO.0 -

Grrr I'm still chasing my A&L points its coming up to three months now....I think it definately depends on which assistant you get, as one has been really helpful whilst the other hasn't.
(Admittedly I did try and chase Racecaller points which werent in the T&C's when I signed up (so much for the early bird catching the worm) but hadnt realised but surely thats no excuse to be mean to me Curly???)2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0
