I would send them one more Email and tell them that will be the last time you use the site for purchases.

I've just emailed them as well about Racecaller.

I've kept it polite but I do wonder how, when so many other people have emailed about this subject, they haven't done their own checks to make sure it was thoroughly sorted out for all Piggies!

On a happier note I also got my 200 points for the Pigsback Local survey.

Because of the posts on this thread I thought I would try asking for my Racecaller points yesterday, can't even remember if it said 100 points for joining & first tip, but I thought I would try before the flood gates opened,

Got this email today,

I have credited your account with 100 PiggyPoints, these will be visible in your account by tomorrow.

I didn't even need to show a screenshot?, which I don't bother taking anyway, I was going to give up on pigsback but I've managed 225 points in last 3 days, well on the way to first 1000 points, well 835 to be exact, go on ask all they can say is NO.

I e.mailed last week re Asda points,fortnightly shop since Jan and have had no points." Our affiliate has no record of you shopping via pigsback".
Surely so many of us shouldn't be having this recurring problem!!.

you still earn priority points as long you make sure your signed into the priority points when you click through pigsback. but you wont get piggy points if you using your priority points for a free night so to speak as your not spending money on that occasion.... make sure you get a receipt of your stay because thats what you send off to pigsback to get your points.

Grrr I'm still chasing my A&L points its coming up to three months now....I think it definately depends on which assistant you get, as one has been really helpful whilst the other hasn't.

(Admittedly I did try and chase Racecaller points which werent in the T&C's when I signed up (so much for the early bird catching the worm) but hadnt realised but surely thats no excuse to be mean to me Curly???)
