Keep emailing and hopefully you will get the lovely Lynn to answer a few for you as she is really nice, sorry Rachael but your just pure crabbit love and a wee bit rude too:rolleyes: not the type of person you would expect to get in CUSTOMER SERVICES, Future emails from me will be address to Lynn specifically, even if she is turning you down she does so in a polite and understanding way:D

You can guess who all my emails are from then - although Evelyn has been really helpful in the past but unfortunately she didnt respond to my A&L email. I'm not going to let this one go at the moment 5000 points is a lot just a shame that they have put the vouchers up as if they had credited it in time I would have been able to get the £50 vouchers I was expecting but I will wait and see if they credit it first and then land them with that.....

The conditions also mean that you can't claim piggy points and Priority Club points for the same stay - even if you're paying for that stay. That was a change from previous conditions - as I found out when I claimed (and didn't get) piggy points for two stays earlier this year!! £40 worse off than I thought I was!!
