Emailed a few days ago regarding valuemail points, here is reply, hope it is helpful to anyone else still awaiting these points.
Hi ,
We are currently waiting on the file from Valuemail confirming members who registered with them via Pigsback.com.
As soon as we receive this file we will be crediting member's accounts with the PiggyPoints that are confirmed on the file.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
LynnJust because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0 -
Racecaller again!
This is the response I received.
"Thanks for your mail.
The offer of 100 Piggypoints for registering became available in the first few days in April. Members who registered with Racecaller via this offer in April will be credited with their PiggyPoints at the beginning of next month, as per Terms and Conditions on this offer page.
However members who registered before this offer was on Pigsback.com (i.e. in March) are not eligible for PiggyPoints.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Kind Regards,
Rachel"
I don't think I'll be getting any sign up points, good luck to everyone else!
I signed up at the end of March and got my 100 points manually added yesterday, I did it before the flood gates opened and everyone tried the same thing and it seems if I was a lucky, it will go towards the extra cost of the vouchers though so they give it to you with one hand and take it away with the other.0 -
That's way to complicated for me
I hope everyone has learnt the lesson that has been repeated here many times.
When you have 1000 pp order a voucher.
I see no point in waiting as you pay £1.50 for each one even if you order 5 at the same time, and who knows they may increase the cost or even shut the site down.
So order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
Sorry
Was trying to work out their reasoning behind the charges but I think the general idea is that they are taking the mick. I was always under the impression they were getting more money per transaction than we recieved anyway so the only reason I can see they've put the prices up is because they are losing money somewhere (no doubt through things not tracking/too man people arguing the tracking point) Maybe they should introduce a tracking thing similar to what Quidco is trialling at the moment
Would be interesting to see that if people did order say £50 worth of vouchers whether they came in one envelope second class or whether they would be recorded etc....if I ever get my A&L points I shall try it2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
I got my Tesco vouchers through the post the other day. There is a minmum spend before you can use the different valued vouchers and the higher the voucher amount the higher the minimum spend.
Still, not bad for doing next to nothing...Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -
I would send them one more Email and tell them that will be the last time you use the site for purchases.
Despite massive hangover from one to many G&Ts last night - Curlys fault - I have taken your advice and tried one last time and sent them a massive attachment of confirmation e-mails from Asda!0 -

I did order as soon as I could, Roomex pays 2000 points per booking, which used to give £20 in vouchers.
I am just hoping that I will have 300 points in my Piggybank in time for the next hotel booking so that I can order another 2 vouchers !I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I know this is a contentious subject and maybe sometimes we're being a little over enthusiastic expecting points for some things, such as Hotel Chocolat, although to be honest the terms weren't actually clear for that and pretty much everything else anyway so we probably should expect the points if we are to believe their terms!
But it changes as soon as Pigsback give the points to one person in the same situation, they set a precedent and I do think that if they give the points to one person then they should give them to everyone!
I'm not just saying that because they're saying I can't have the points due to the reasons other people have been given such as points for Racecaller sign up starting in April etc.. but to give them to the first few people and not to all the rest of us seems bad business for them because it's giving them a bad name and people will choose not to use them for things such as that and surely that would lead to their revenue decreasing.
I would also hate for the people who have been given the points to get them taken away though because that would be a right kick in the teeth!!
I will continue to enter their quizzes (I probably have more chance of getting points for quizzes than sign ups anyway!) and do clickthroughs but apart from that they've lost me, and I expect they've lost/will lose many others too!0 -
I ordered a £10 boots voucher from pigsback and got it by the end of the week:rotfl: Keep smiling life is worth it :rotfl:0
