  • Not sure if this is a record, but ordered a M&S voucher from pigsback on 12/04/08 and it arrived this morning (15/04/08). Not bad going in my opinion.

Hi suzieee :) It took a lot of emails from me to PB to try to get my 1250pp - I sent screen shots of every stage of the signup process, I sent the confirmation email & was told that they didn't have the file, then when I chased again I wasn't on the file! I sent the screen shots again with a stronger worded email & they eventually gave me my points!

This had taken so long I was 2 weeks away from the 3 months extra 150pp - so I chased those at the right time & low & behold, they were still waiting for that file so could I provide proof that I was still a member of Lovefilm.... In the end, I rang LoveFilm & asked if they could possibly help me as I was having enormous trouble with Pigsback saying I hadn't joined via their referral link & I wasn't on the relevant files. This wonder lady at Lovefilm (Anita) sorted an email in about 5 mins which confirmed I had joined with the PB code & that I was still a member & had made 4 payments to them so far. I sent this off to PB & PB then manually added those points too.

An awful palava but Lovefilm were so helpful, I was really impressed with their customer service! I would say don't give up & don't take the crap that you aren't on the file or if they are waiting for the file then don't let it drop there! Best of luck! :)

Hi VelvetGlove :) Glad you eventually got your points! I recently joined Lovefilm via Quidco and it tracked the next day and I got £15.50 cashback ;) With all the tracking problems Pigsback seems to have I only use it for comps and clickthroughs and do all my buying via Quidco or similar (and always clear cookies first). PB is great for the occasional offer but I just don't fancy the chasing of points. So if anyone else was thinking of doing the offer, PB might not be the best place :)

Totally agree. I joined Lovefilm through Topcashback for £12.50 offer. No problems there, it has tracked, been validated and should be received at the end of this month.

I only use PB for clickthroughs, comps and the odd newsletter sign up offer.
