Stolen Phone....what should I do

There is a site you can register your phone. If then it is lost/stolen and is recovered by the police you and your phone have a chance of being reunited. https://www.imobilise.com (menduk.org)
I don't see why they cannot block the phone for you as long as you have registered it with the network. something you don't have to do with paygo.
Its a bit late for you now but it may help someone else.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

I lost an unregistered payg phone about 5 years ago .I didnt bother to cancel as I thought " its only a payg " with £10 credit . But it turned out the phone was being used for silent calls .
It caused no end of hassle ,police got involved and I had to prove I had lost it .
My advice is get it blocked .0 -

With this site you can register the phone and then if any thing happens you can report it stolen here too.
I have a contract phone and when mine was stolen it was reported and blocked within 10 mins. Maybe as on contract when you report the crime to the police you have a record of the time you last used the phone and they would be liable for the future calls on the phone.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4
