    Any telecom provider can get Openreach to provide lines etc. several others do. The likes of TalkTalk etc. are simply taking the easy for them option, and making their customers pay!

    charging tuppence ha'penny a month for internet access, they need the customer to pay for the line, otherwise the service would run at a loss (like sky LLU)
