I got a similar selection and think they are brilliant value. I know lots of children who will be having books for Christmas and, as I'm giving them away, I don't mind the duplicates. Loved the moon book and was glad to get two of those. Have already given one to 9 week-old niece - get her started on books early.
The "Move it Farm" - £4.99, not part of this offer - is wonderful and my nephew loves it. It's huge and v. sturdy! Definitely recommended for children who are into tractors and diggers etc. - great value.

I ordered 10+ and I received 2 lots of duplicates, but worse still some of the books were not what I would consider suitable for children aged 10!! In particular "switch !!!!!" "this is a book about 2 tales of sex and intrigue, it has a delicous thrill of sexual expectation".

I asked my kids which they would like, they chose the 4 cheap funny poetry books!, then I suggested that we gave the books to the school library. Fortunately, my 10 year old pointed out the title to this book!! I don't think the teachers would have been too impressed!!!

I'll give the rest to my library!!!

Jeppy, I had the same problem with my 10+ set. It contained an adult Roald Dahl, My uncle Oswald, "his sexual awakening" etc. i phoned the bookpeople and the girl was brilliant. She apologised profusely and sent out another book to replace it. She said in the warehouse the 10+ books were next to the adults selection and maybe it had slipped in by mistake. If you call them I'm sure they will send you replacements.

Got my books yesterday, ordered 6-9 and 10+ only one book in the 10+ range a bit old for a 10 year old. I think I got a bargain ideal for Christmas. :T

I got my books yesterday, exactly the same problem as other, one book was "lukes story" about male rape. Rang the book people who apologised and they are sending another pack of books. Really pleased.
