Free Cinema Tickets - Discussion thread

not ALL free screenings are competitions, this thread is meant to be for cinema codes for see film first website or similar services. These tickets are usually first come, first served basis so are definitely not a competition.
Please can we have less competitions in this thread, and more SeeFilmFirst or similar free screenings!

I'm with the people that don't mind "competition tickets" posted in the "free tickets" thread, after all they're all FREE tickets to go see a movie so it's nice to have them all in one place.

Even the seefilmfirst tickets and others, being first come first served aren't guaranteed for everyone to get a ticket, so it's like a competition of sorts to get in there first to 'win' the ticket.

Just my opinion anyway, much rather see movie competition posts by far than chat in that thread.

Yes, Codes only = Not competition. Funny how people have a go when people discuss, yet not when it's not codes eh. that thread is there so that people can subscribe for "First Come First Serve". No need for competition, do it in this discussion thread instead.

Yes, funny how people have a go when they get an email alert only to find chat but don't have a go when they get an email alert to a competition where they can win tickets to a free preview or premiere. Really strange that... The title of the thread starts with "Free cinema tickets" and you get free cinema tickets from those competitions, not everything out there is See Film First!

If people have a problem with comps on the codes thread, why doesn't someone open a Free cinema tickets - competitions only thread and put all the comps in there? Much better than to keep complaining, and on FMUK we have had separate boards for this for ages. It seems to work there.
